These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the hbajae website, mobile platform, sportsbook, casino, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Access to and use of the hbajae Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. hbajae operates a strictly enforced 18+ policy and will not knowingly provide services to individuals under this age threshold.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by hbajae or any third-party responsible gambling organisation at the time of registration or continued use.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and not be subject to any court order restricting your ability to do so.

• One account per person: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on hbajae. Creating duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts for any purpose — including circumventing bonus restrictions, avoiding KYC requirements, or continuing to access the Platform following a self-exclusion — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. hbajae will never ask you to provide your password via any channel. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Unauthorised access: You must notify hbajae support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected breach of account security. hbajae will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• KYC verification: hbajae is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method. KYC documents must be submitted promptly upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

hbajae supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount on hbajae is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your hbajae wallet in real time following successful confirmation from the payment provider. hbajae is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to players who have completed KYC verification and whose account is in good standing. Withdrawal requests are processed by the hbajae finance team within 30 minutes during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. hbajae reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Currency: All transactions on hbajae are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Any currency conversion costs arising from the use of Visa or Mastercard are the sole responsibility of the account holder.
• Dormant account fees: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. hbajae reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after notifying the account holder at the registered email address.

hbajae reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, hbajae may be obligated to report the matter to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation.

hbajae offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on selected slots, cricket cashback promotions, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each offer is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time window will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Modification and withdrawal of offers: hbajae reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Any bets already placed using bonus funds at the time of withdrawal will be honoured under the original terms of the promotion.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the hbajae Platform, including sports betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets, as well as all casino games, live dealer tables, slots, and crash games:

• Bet acceptance: All bets placed on hbajae are subject to acceptance by the Platform. hbajae reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event has commenced, where odds were displayed in error, or where there is evidence of irregular betting activity.
• Odds accuracy: hbajae takes reasonable steps to ensure that displayed odds are accurate and up to date. In the event that a bet is accepted at clearly incorrect odds due to a manifest error, hbajae reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• In-play betting: Live in-play betting is offered on selected cricket and football fixtures. In-play bets are subject to momentary suspension during key match events. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned.
• Casino game results: All casino game outcomes on hbajae — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and crash games — are determined by certified Random Number Generators. Game results are final once the game round has concluded and cannot be reversed.
• System errors: In the event of a technical fault, system outage, or software error that affects the integrity of a game round or betting market, hbajae reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. hbajae will not honour payouts that resulted from a demonstrable system error.
• Dispute resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome or game result, the decision of hbajae's management team shall be final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process. Disputes must be raised with hbajae support within 30 days of the relevant transaction.

Specific game rules for individual products — including side-bet rules for blackjack, RTP disclosures for slots, and settlement rules for individual betting markets — are available within each game or market on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hbajae Platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Registering more than one account on hbajae, whether in your own name or using false, borrowed, or fictitious identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way, including for the purpose of placing bets, completing wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to guarantee a collective outcome or to exploit a promotional structure.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or platform vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of a known or unknown error will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any purpose connected with financial crime, fraud, or any other unlawful activity.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit made to hbajae through a payment provider. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation.
• Using the Platform in any way that could damage, disrupt, overburden, or impair the hbajae infrastructure or the experience of other users.

hbajae reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal in connection with a deposit.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion submitted via the responsible gaming tools or the support team.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible.
• A legal obligation or instruction from a competent authority requiring account closure or fund restraint.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited in their entirety. Real-money balances not subject to any active investigation or dispute will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method following completion of any required verification procedures.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
